Nematicide
NEMASAN
– Nematode Suppression / Control
Nemasan is an Environmental Protection Agency-registered nematicide that can be applied during all phases of the growing cycle. Nemasan can assist growers two main ways: (1) as a preventative when applied early and/or (2) for treating nematode outbreaks. Nemasan application does not require using any special spray protocols, respirators or personal protective equipment.
Nemasan has also built an impressive reputation in the turf, sod, golf course and related industries.
According to recent data, nematodes cause approximately $10 billion worth of damage for growers worldwide. They cause damage by feeding on the roots of susceptible crops, which hurts yields by stunting growth and inhibiting water and nutrient uptake.
